Return and Refund

Return Window:
At ColorsafeTravel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return any unused and unopened items within 7-10 days of receiving your order.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [[email protected]] to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as [Cards , papers , Personalized or Customized Item], cannot be returned.
